Our travel agent Vero, was very helpful! Our trip was a wonderful experience due to the great organization of our travel itinerary. Every hotel booked for us was amazing! All our tours were great and very educational. We truly appreciate Lozano Travel and Vero for making our 2 week vacation to Spain an adventure we will never forget 🙏🥰❤️! We just returned from a trip to Merida and Cancun in the Yucatan. Magali (our travel advisor) was excellent. As we planned the trip, she listened to what we wanted - already a compromise between my husband and myself - and what would interest our kids. She helped design the journey with the right pacing for us and the right amount of flexibility to explore and relax in each location. Everyone was happy. The private tours she arranged were all top-notch. Every detail and commute was handled, and the drivers arrived punctually every time. I never thought I'd use a travel agency to travel (everything is so available in these days of the Internet) but decided to try it out this time - building some assurances that I wouldn't accidentally leave us stranded somewhere on our first international trip with the kids. I have to say, just having someone else look over things and handle the details made the whole trip less stressful and more of a vacation for all of us. Thank you!
