TERRIBLE SERVICE at Sugar Rush Partyland -The blonde waitress had a terrible attitude -Robot and Labubu arrived an hour late -Robot wasn't dancing -The food was awful: the potatoes were tasteless, the spaghetti was super dry and hard, and the chicken was so dry the guests were choking -They didn't provide bread or gravy -The waitresses were terribly coordinated and didn't serve the sodas or water -The dessert table and cake were subpar -The centerpieces were flimsy -A children's table was included, but when we arrived at the event it wasn't ready and they put it almost in the middle of the dance floor without a tablecloth -The 360 camera didn't work for 3 hours of the event, and when it finally started working it wouldn't rotate -We ordered Ultra beer and they brought Bud Light -One of the guests went to ask if they still had beer and they said no, and a little while later the 50-year-old's father went to ask and they found beer hidden away -The restrooms were unusable, even for the women Neither the men nor the women could see through a peephole in the women's restroom when someone entered. -The DJ was the only good thing about the service at Sugar Rush Partyland 💯💯 -We had to hire Gorilla and the Nun, and they put on a great show. They really know how to provide good service 💯💯 They ruined my niece's event!

Horrible experience! We had an event from 12-4 and was told we can start putting our center pieces for the tables at 11. Got there at 11:20 and the place wasn't even ready for us. They were still washing the tables clothes and putting up balloons. We waited till maybe 11:40 so we can start putting our center pieces and our dessert table. Then to finish it off the owner was RUDE.. walked by us without acknowledge us. We mentioned to her that we only had 20 mins to get ready and she pretty much laughed in our face. AND STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK US FOR MORE MONEY WHEN WE HAD PAID IN FULL. Luckily we had a contract for proof. NEVER AGAIN
