Joining LSL Fitness was the best investment I made for my health. I started working out here a year ago, and it's the most consistent I've been at a gym! I can't thank the staff at LSL enough for that. Leo, Lina and Bree provide guidance on both exercise and nutrition, which has been super helpful in reaching my fitness goals. With their app, I can track my progress with measurable results, which they use to structure a plan tailored to me. They are mindful of injuries I've had in the past too, so depending on how my body is feeling that day, they'll modify my workouts to keep it challenging but safe for me. The gym is never crowded, so I'm never waiting around to get my reps in. The environment is also very welcoming too. It's been nice getting to know the familiar faces since coming here. I definitely recommend LSL, so much in fact that my mom has joined me in working out here as well. Big thanks to the LSL staff!
Great trainers! I’ve been attending this gym for two months (3 workouts per week) and I look forward to every workout. I had a not-so-positive experience with my previous trainer at another gym and Leo/Lina welcomed me wholeheartedly. They heard my story and actively support my fitness & health goals. Leo also has helped a lot by giving me stretches that really improve my knee/ankle pains. I highly recommend! Update: I’ve been attending this gym for over 1.5 years now and couldn’t recommend it more! My knee/ankle pains are gone. At this point, I’m not even sure what exactly Leo, the trainer, is doing to relieve my pain but I love being able to workout without a knee problem. I trust Leo’s extensive expertise and feel comfortable sharing when I feel any type of muscular pain/soreness because he gives me specific exercises to relieve the discomfort. We have also been working on my nutrition goals more intensely in the last few weeks. If anybody is looking for a new gym that is different in all the best ways, you need to join LSL Fitness!
LSL fitness and Leo were so welcoming when I first started and made me feel comfortable to workout. I’ve been to bigger gyms which can be intimidating, but at LSL fitness you get more of a small community supportive environment. Leo has helped and pushed me to meet my goals and see results I wasn’t able to get on my own.
I joined LSL Fitness because I needed direction for how to achieve my fitness goals. Coach Leo gave me that and way more. Leo: He's extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There's a set daily circuit to work through, but Leo will help you find the right weight, and if you need to he'll help you substitute exercises to fit your needs. He also helps you set up a meal plan since dieting is a super crucial part of getting in shape. Leo is a great coach and a genuinely great person to be around. His wife Lina is also usually there, and she's very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. The gym: The gym is very clean and well organized, with a good variety of equipment to use. Everyone I've met there is very kind and genuinely wants to be there. It feels like a real community of like minded people, which should probably tell you something about Leo too! The results: Over the course of about 4 months, I've traded 10-15 lbs of fat for muscle. I'm lifting more than I ever have, and I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have as well. I'm super thankful to have found LSL Fitness and coach Leo. If you are debating getting started, you're already on your way - make the call and get started on your journey to a healthier life!
Was looking for a personal trainer in Long Beach and I was recommended Leo. Been coming here for 4 months and I am down 20 lbs. The xfactor has been the accountability - on my customized meal plan, my personalized workout, and just caring for my well-being and form. I’ve learned a lot from Leo, and honestly…. I just feel good. I’m more confident and not shy about taking my shirt off anymore. Friends and family keep giving me compliments. The only problem is that I’m down from a 32 waist to a 28-29, and from a large tshirt to a small/medium so I need to buy new clothes… either way, thanks Coach Leo!!
