worst store i’ve ever been to. i came in and she was very rude no hi. hello or anything and asked for my permit and said i couldn’t shop here. i went to the car for my permit and she wouldn’t even look at it she just turned me away. do not give this business money they do not know how to treat people
I came in at 4:20p -the listing says they close at 5p. The cashier told me they close at 4:30p. She informed me that I would have to spend at least $200 if I wasn't in their system which is not an issue for me- however, I still would.not be able to shop because I would only have 7 minutes. I showed her that the listing says they close at 5p and she told me it has to be updated. When I went to another wholesaler in the area- although they did not have what I was looking for she was happy to recommend some.places for me to check out- she mentioned this place and I told her they were closing- SHE SAID -They close at 5p - with a confused look on her face. She shook her head and said that the cashier is very rude. When I drove back around to the location- THEY WERE STILL OPEN!
Lucky is truly reliable, they always have the best inventory and the employees are helpful & nice. I see some bad reviews that don’t seem to understand that this store is wholesale only! It’s like Costco, you can’t go inside without having a membership or in this case, a vendor sales tax ID. I go there often and definitely would recommend 👍🏼
I spent $212 on my cashapp card, they said my payment didn’t go thru. When I showed them my account and the completed payment they still refused to give me my products. And said just call your bank. I called the bank on speaker phone and she told them the transaction was completed and I didn’t have the money in my account. They didn’t offer internet help after that and refused to give me my products. So now they have stolen my money and had NO concern on giving it back or giving me my products that I clearly paid for. When I asked for the owners info or anyone other than them. They refused that also.
When i called in the phone she was super rude, but i wanted to give them a chance anyways. The first time i went they were ok, however the last two times were not good. She is just simply rude, but no different then when you go to a retail asian owned store. I personal do not know many wholesale beauty supply, however i truly do not think i will come back. I just know there has to be some other place on harry hines that know about customer service. Besides the one or two ppl that state how awesome they are, the reviews are correct. Lucks deserves a 1.0 rating however they will probably always stay in business regardless of what i think.
