***BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE*** My daughter and her ONE friend were charged $100 to bowl three games! Absolutely insane pricing. It’s obvious that this company doesn’t care about their customers OR staying in business. They’re going to shut down fast and they can blame their greed and unethical pricing practices. So unless you have a couple hundred dollars to waste for an hour of bowling, stay away from (not so) Lucky Strike in Southlands. You’ve been warned.

Perhaps a little pricey but anymore what isn't? Kevin took good care of us. We had the pretzels with queso, katsu bao and burria tacos. Everything was fresh and vary delicious. A manager came by to check on us as well. The arcade was more of the midway style games but it was still fun.

Visited Lucky Strike in Southlands for a family bowling night (3/14) Saturday around 6:30PM. Our party of 6 were sat directly next to another family of 6. At that time, we could see there were still 5-6 lanes open (not directly next to another family) and of those about 3 had reserve signs. We went back up to the front desk and asked if we could be reseated in another lane. I was very disappointed with the front desk representative and Matt (manager/Lead on duty) when they immediately said no. Reason being was that while they were not currently busy, they expected to be busy. We said we saw another lane leave and there were still some lanes open without a reservation sign. They continued to stick to “we expect to be busy”. Coming from a background in customer service it was frustrating that not once did they say “let me check” or try to be accommodating. Less than satisfied with this experience.

Maddie made sure our party had the best experience. She ensured we knew all options available to us and helped us build a fun night without feeling like she was pushing sales packages onto us. The food is good and the atmosphere is fun
