What a fun place! They were very flexible when I needed to make a reservation change. When we arrived with our big party, they brought over fresh cookies, did a great job checking in with us if we needed anything, and even helped taking pics. Friendly staff! Fries were delish and the rest of the food was pretty good too. The actual bowling - oh yeah - was smooth and very fun! We will be back! I recommend 100%

First time i’ve been here and im so happy with the service and condition of this place! My party was having complications and Skye helped me out so much. Place is lovely with super friendly staff, clean alleys, and stupidly clean bathrooms. Will be back soon guys ❤️

Staff is not only super friendly but also very understanding. We had a bit of a scheduling issue and they were able to work with us. Bathrooms are super clean. Sky made sure it was a great experience!!!

After a long time I visited Bowlero cause this used to be our favorite place to hangout and have a good time but he experience was spoiled by two bartenders who were rude, disengaged, and uninterested in helping guests, while the front-of-house guy was very nice and tried to compensate; their dismissive responses and delayed service made the night uncomfortable and gave the strong impression that the two bartenders weren’t fit for the job, which affected my enjoyment and trust in Bowlero—we can all have a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service, and it shouldn’t be tolerated in roles that serve people; I’d appreciate management addressing bartenders’ guest-facing behavior, providing proper training or supervision to ensure courteous, attentive service from all bartenders, with a note about steps being taken to improve staff engagement. AND WHO DOES NOT NEED A FREAKING LIME IN THE MARGARITA and throws a rotten one in the glass guys please do better :)

I’ve been going to Bowlero Aurora off and on for many many years. The last four or five years I went there was before Covid. This year. I recently started my next stint and let me tell you I’ve never seen the place ran better.. it’s easy to seea large part of that is a young lady named SELENA as well as Sky Aaron KEVIN, Tara and Fred all of them treat me like family and I’ve never had so much fun in all the years as I’m having now at Bowlero AURORA!!
