The owner/operators are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. They have most the pool supplies you will need in stock. They test pool water samples you bring & let you know precise chemical needs. I test for chlorine & acid but rely on them for other chems.

I'm making a review regarding my mom's recent visit at this store (6/13/23). My mom has been going to this store because of the great reviews but had an incident with the husband of this shop (I believe his name is Eric?). He was extremely DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and CONDESCENDING. My mom had questions with some issues she was having with her pool. Eric continued to cut my mom off and made rude comments about how my mom was trying to resolve issues with her pool. The wife of the store was trying to explain to my mom that her husband just gets frustrated. Seriously? This is your store and this is your job. Go get therapy instead of barking at customers. There's more I would want to say, but I still need to be professional (which is something the management clearly lacks)writing this review. Take your business somewhere else, because if the owners are having a bad day then they'll end up treating their customers like trash.

Eric and Laura are two of the nicest and helpful shop owners you can find. They are invested in our local community of pool owners and are always helpful with suggestions, answers and referrals. Thank you for being here and love supporting local!!!!

This place was great, so helpful! We had only bought a 10-foot, steel frame, above ground pool, but they treated us like we had a 23000 gallon in ground pool. Great customer service! We'll be keeping our little business with them and when we go bigger they'll still have our business.

This is a great store! I am a new owner of a wonderful hot tub. I wanted to turn it on, but I got super confused about the initial chemical treatment after reading multiple online sources. I decided to go to a real world store, and get instructions from someone with experience in this area. Lucky's pool center was a great choice! Laura, the owner, was very knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, very patient, to all our questions. She help me understand everything, and offered to answer any question via text or email, which is not very common. I highly recommend visit her store, and learning from her!
