We were visiting San Antonio and needed a couple days of doggy day care. We couldn't be more pleased with the service. The longer hours they are open was perfect. No need to worry about rushing back. Our dog is older and nervous around other dogs. They kept him separated and he was calm when we picked him up. The price was reasonable. We would recommend this place to everybody.

My son & I took our little furries to the downtown location to use the self washing facilities. After a fun time at the doggie park. It was great, they provide everything, towels, soap, conditioner, ear cleaning solution, brushes blow dryer, nail trimmers & a cool apron so we didn't get soaked. The counter guy was supper cool & the place was so clean. A bit pricey for self service but I'd do it again. I wish the 1604 cocation offered this service. We'll be back.

Love love love the services at Lucy’s boarding and groom. I have used them for years. Grooming is always just like I request whether a full groom or maintaining my pups coat. When I board with them I know I can leave town and no worries

I have used this Lucy’s location for both boarding and grooming on multiple occasions with wonderful experiences for all. For boarding, the price is very reasonable and they take great care of your dog. There are cameras where you can watch them while you’re away, and they have play time with other dogs during the day so they are not trapped in a kennel for however many days you’re away. Once, I dropped my dog off there while I went on vacation for a week and they called and told me she had lost weight and asked if I wanted to make changes to her diet! I didn’t know they did weigh ins for dogs and this also alerted me that when I dropped my dog off she was overweight! Accidentally had her on a crash diet (ie her normal portion of food, no extra) for a few days and the weight she had dropped to was her normal weight lol. This showed me that the staff are attentive and that if things are awry they will inform you. The grooming experience is also lovely and I’ve never had a bad groom experience with them or any clipper injuries.

I have been bringing my dog to Lucy's since May 2022 and am always extremely satisfied. They listen to all of your concerns and take note of any instructions that are input regarding special care. Our groomer, Tracey is and has always been absolutely fantastic. We actually travel from Houston, TX just for Tracey to groom our dog.
