Went into Lukin’s to get a watch authenticated on short notice. They went out of their way to help and answer all of my and the buyers questions. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future!
Professional, friendly, and very quick service! They have worked on 2 of my irreplaceable watches and taken great care to preserve and improve the condition even when that's not what I was paying for. [Photo] The screw housing inside the watch case was welded by the factory and they made sure to not over torque it. I greatly appreciate that I was made aware of this defect and they took care to not over torque the screw.

Outstanding service and friendly! I am exceedingly satisfied with Lukin’s service. I brought my 1963 Omega Seamaster Deville into their shop back in Nov for a full service. After two months, my watch is in better condition than when I first bought it! All new parts from Omega! If you live in Sacramento or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend you come to Lukin’s.
They did a great job on my Seiko 5KX mod. Plan on coming back for some of my other watches. Very professional and answered all of my questions. Wish they were a little closer to my house but its well worth the drive 😊.
