I’ve been going to United Watch Services for over five years, and I truly enjoy entrusting my watches to Alan and Jessy. Alan is one of the last of his kind—a true watchmaker in every sense of the word. There is no movement he can’t service, from modern calibers to complex vintage mechanisms. His ability to fabricate parts when replacements are no longer available is especially rare today. He even does dial work! I’ve had vintage movements over 70 years old expertly serviced here, as well as Rolex watches that require precision, experience, and a deep understanding of the brand’s engineering. I was looking for a local place to have my Omega Seamaster serviced , and this place was recommended to me. They did not disappoint, they were very knowledgeable about my watch and did a wonderful job servicing it and removing some links. I would highly recommend them, and shout out to Jessy for great customer service.
I’m very satisfied with their service of my 1969 Omega 145.022-69 ST. They went above and beyond. My advice: Trust the reviews like I did, because United Watch Services does amazing work. If you need to have your Omega serviced, consider them instead of handing it over to the Boutique - they’re just a short walk away. Highly recommended!
Just had an excellent experience at this watch shop as a walk in. The professional staff adjusted my stainless steel band quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by the owner's profound understanding of watches—you can tell they're truly passionate about their craft. The price was very reasonable too, making the overall value exceptional. If you need watch repair or maintenance, you're definitely in good hands here.
Took my Omega Seamaster 300 for repair. The watch had gotten moisture due to a failed gasket. They did a full service on the watch and brushed the center link. Great service and work. Quick turn around. I’ll happily return for future repairs, consultations and fittings.
