There were 6 of us with an 11 am reservation. Due to it being a booked & busy Saturday in there our table wasn't available until about 11:40. Pack your patience!! The staff is moving as fast as they can. It's worth the wait. We placed our orders & the food arrived shortly thereafter. We ordered the following entrees- BLT w/ avocado, TOA Omelette w/ shrimp & bacon added, a Crab Omelette w/ egg whites, a biscuit, Shrimp & Grits, Chicken & waffles, House potatoes & a Pomegranate Mule. The serving sizes were plentiful. (I had enough to take home for a 2nd meal.) Everyone was happy with their meal & I heard no complaints about the meals. The staff members were pleasant & worked quickly. I can't wait to return.

The food was delicious once it was reheated. The place was packed, always a good sign so the servers and cooks were busy. Our food came out barely warm so we asked to have it heated again. The server apologized and did what she could to make it right. It was a very noisy restaurant. If you want a quiet intimate dinner, this is not the place. Lots of young energy there. We loved it. The toilet was just one size fits all type of place. No men's or women's designated place.

Went to Lulu's for breakfast, I would encourage using the website and making reservations. You can absolutely walk in but why take the chance of having to wait for that delicious food and unparalleled service. The atmosphere is great with the open kitchen, it makes you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend the red velvet waffles as well as the croissant breakfast sandwich. You really can't miss with their menu. If you're in or around Richmond get down to Lulu's, there's no better place to start your day!

I had the pleasure of dining at LuLu’s in Shockoe Bottom, and what a delightful experience it was! 🎉 I hadn’t heard of this charming spot before, but I’m so grateful to Pamela for introducing me! I kicked things off with their Croissant 🥐 Sandwich loaded with avocado—absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point, and it was a fantastic choice. However, I must admit the Red Velvet Waffles 🧇 left a little to be desired; they were a bit dry for my taste. 😕 But fear not! Our server was the true star of the show! ⭐️ Not only was he super nice, but he was also incredibly attentive, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. Now I have a fantastic breakfast, lunch, or brunch spot right around the corner! LuLu’s is truly a hidden gem 💎 on Richmond’s Eastside of I-95. I can’t wait to return and try more from their menu! Highly recommend! 🙌✨

This was my first time eating here and I was absolutely satisfied. I was greeted and seated as soon as I stepped inside. Our waiter Josh was very friendly,welcoming, accommodating and professional. The food was amazing. I ordered French Toast with scrambled eggs and potatoes with a peach mimosa. I highly recommend Lulu’s if you are looking for a 5 star brunch spot complete with nice music
