Dr Leon and team were amazing. I came here on recommendation from my partner, and was impressed with their service. I’ve been having vision issues for over a year, where my eyes were blurry despite having stable lens and contacts power. I raised my concerns to Dr Leon, that the issue persisted despite going to two other specialists in different countries. Dt Leon took the time to work with me thoroughly, finding out that my vision had indeed worsened. She prescribed a more accurate power for my eyes. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to have my suspicions validated after months of being unable to see clearly. I’m now waiting for my new glasses and contacts, which the team were so kind and thorough in going through the various options with me. I brought a lot of my cosmetics and vision preferences, and they carefully selected multiple options for me to try. In addition, they went through my insurance coverage in detail to ensure I had the best options presented based on my coverage. Dr Leon and team went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Caring, thoughtful, and supportive. I’ll be going back to them for all future vision concerns.

I had a mixed experience at this store. The doctor who did my eye exam was excellent—professional, patient, and very thorough. However, the staff member who helped with selecting frames (a male employee) had a very poor attitude. I simply chose a pair that suited me and was within my insurance coverage, and his face changed immediately. It felt like he was upset that I didn’t pick something more expensive, as if I was wasting his time. His tone became noticeably mean and dismissive, which created a very uncomfortable experience. I hope the owner is aware of this, because the doctor is great, but this staff member is bringing down the overall customer experience.

Dr. Leon is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. Even though I only see her once a year, every visit is filled with compassionate care and genuine interest in her patients. She always asks how you’re doing, takes the time to chart thoroughly, and never makes you feel rushed. Her encouragement and kindness make each appointment a positive experience. I highly recommend Lunettes Optometrics and Dr. Leon!
