Honestly I could not recommend this enough! Today I tried the synesthesia spa treatment and it was absolutely amazing, I felt so refreshed and relaxed, I very much could have stayed there for hours. Brit my therapist was truly amazing , they made me feel at home and was so kind and patient! their massage was absolutely wonderful!. Jaena made my first time visiting the store so memorable. Her warm welcoming, can-do attitude, attentiveness and knowledge made my entire shopping experience a breeze. Lush shops are always fabulous. This store the staff were all really lovely. One lady was very friendly she showed us around the spa. Which we are going to come back and visit next year. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond. Even gifting me a goodwill card. She gave me it following a conversation about my recent diagnosis and up and coming surgery. We definitely need more people like this in life. Highly recommended xxx
