I come here weekly and the manager Russ is always very helpful. I definetly prefer this car wash to the others ones in the area.

Awesome car wash. For the most part the attendants are great. The only issue I have is there are some attendants on their phone while directing the car to move forward. They aren’t looking and I can’t tell if my tires are going through the slots correctly

Best car wash in IB. The customer service is great. Had to cancel my membership because I moved but every time I'm in Imperial Beach I stop in for a wash and Kids love all the neon lights! Check it out!

This was a decent place in the beginning but they may be understaffed because they rarely have towels and spray. The unlimited membership was nice and it usually takes 2 washes for my car to be completely clean but when I noticed brush scratches in my clear coat, I canceled my membership. It's a shame because my 5 year old liked the bright neon light concept of Luv. Now I have to get a paint correction to remove the scratches on my car. I can't recommend this car wash.
