Drove to drop off my dog and upon arriving yumi seemed not happy to see us. Says she can only wash my dog instead. I clarified and said you guys called me to reschedule her groom, why can't you groom her today. Yumi replied and said ok yes we can groom her. I then replied and say can I tell you how I want her cut done??? She then said no because she has really short window to groom her. THEN WHY WOULD YOU CALL ME AND RESCHEDULE THE GROOM ONLY TO TELL ME AFTER I ARRIVE THAT YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO GROOM MY DOG??? What a waste of time. And horrible way to treat your customer.

Esmee is a talented groomer. She helped my puppy get acclimated to the nuance of it. I take my fur baby there every 7-8 weeks
