Mimi really did her thing with my nails. I showed her a picture. She looked at her nodded her head said OK . came in right before snowstorm because my other nail tech canceled. and she got me in out within an hour decent price. It was $82. Love them will come back.

I stopped by to relax and get my feet done while enjoying a glass of wine for some self care. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. The gentleman was very rough with me — pulling my feet/legs harshly when he needed me to change positions, clipped my skin multiple times while trimming cuticles, and pushing way too hard when cleaning underneath my toenails which was very painful. Finally, he only scrubbed on my callouses/edges of feet for a few seconds leaving behind the majority of dry skin/callous. Photos attached for how my feet looked AFTER everything had dried. I did express my disappointment to the girl up front and she did offer to have him work on me some more, but at that point I was done having such an uncomfortable experience, and honestly didn’t want him working on me anymore after the experience I just had and had reported as poor. Ultimately, I paid the $55 for their time and went on my way, but I’m bummed that this wasn’t a better experience to help relax and won’t be back.

The staff was friendly, my nail tech and my friends nail tech were very nice, I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails and she was satisfied with hers. My one complaint is on their website it said $45+ for a full acrylic set, but I ended up spending $115 on a full set of acrylic nails. I think they should have changed what the website says because I wasn’t expecting or prepared to spend that much.
