Had my deck repaired here, and it now sounds better than ever! The technician has been in the business for a long time and clearly knows his craft. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I think they come from people who don’t fully understand how the repair world works. Estimates take time—and time costs money. Not everything can or should be fixed. Also, as a customer, it’s not helpful to tell an experienced professional how to do their job. Be glad we still have someone with this level of expertise around—once he retires, people will realize what they’ve lost.

Needed my Marantz PM-74D tuned up. Took it here and was not disappointed at all. This guy is very nice, knows exactly what he's doing, and great at communicating. Gave me a call to let me know what he found wrong, what his next steps were and how much it would cost me. So overall it was a pretty simple service. Highly recommend!

Good service- great work- fair price Very pleased to have my stereo receiver back and working excellent. Update- went again and this time brought my 35 year old Rotel CD player in for a service/tune up, and now it’s performing like new and rock solid. 5 star service and repair.
