We had the best experience working with Dan. We needed a water heater replaced during the freezing patch of weather and, even though Dan’s schedule was full for the next day, he somehow made time to replace our water heater that day since he knew how urgent the request was. Our setup was complicated but he immediately found a solution for the new installation that was much more reasonably priced than other groups who had taken a look. He got the job done so quickly and his office was very easy to work with. Additionally, we really appreciated that he explained everything to us in layman’s terms so we could fully understand the complicated setup and the solution. We would 100% recommend his services.

Dan came the very next day for a water heater removal and replacement, arrived on time, and his team was always responsive whenever I called or texted. Pricing was very fair and clearly explained upfront. The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The whole process was smooth and stress-free — I would absolutely recommend them.

Dan and this team were fantastic! Recently had our first child and i came into to our basement to be surprised by a puddle of water growing and realizing our water heater had failed. Dan showed up within 2 hours and by the next day was replacing our water heater with a tankless unit. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job with installing a new gas 40 gallon hot water heater. The job was done neatly and they cleared away any debris from the old unit..I also agree with all the other 5 star reviews, Dan gave an honest assessment of the situation, his pricing is fair and reasonable especially during this economy; I appreciate his estimate. Dan is the man! Him and his team were great to work with, they were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We've used M&A multiple times but this latest project was a very big one and they delivered on all fronts. We had them create a water hookup and appliance plug into our apartment which so that we can install a washer and dryer. They did great work and were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and heating needs if you want it done right!
