I used Guarini for the repair of a leaking water service line. This is not an average plumbing job. It's a minimum 8 hour job, with a team of four or five people. I chose them because they got recommended by several other plumbers I spoke with. And they did a great job. Price was fair, more affordable than two other quotes I got. Their people are very professional and pleasant to work with.

It was great to deal with real people who were honest and straightforward the entire time. The job took just slightly longer than estimated, and they did not overcharge for the extra time… something that’s rare in plumbing work. Huge shout-out to Rachel, who was helpful and communicative from the first call through completion, even around the holidays. The crew doing the excavation and pipe work was professional, respectful, and genuinely considerate. They even delayed towing a car parked in a blocked-off area until it was absolutely necessary, which says a lot about how they operate. Excellent plumbing and sewer repair experience. I’ll be using Guarini for all future plumbing and heating needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

If there's ever an issue with their work, they will come back and make sure things are taken care of. They are not the cheapest plumbers, but they are reliable, and do good work. Received a new hot water heater through PSEG replacement program. Plumbers from William J Guarini showed up on time and explained everything. I needed an expansion valve due to high water pressure and they installed that as well. They took the time to cover my steps and cleaned up when finished. I am very satisfied with the job.
