We have had macDermott Roofing place a new Duralast Flat Roof on our home. The company came highly recommended and I would have to say it was one of the best experiences we have had dealing with any contractor in any field. Alison and the entire crew were extremely responsive and went beyond what was necessary to make sure that everything was done perfectly. They showed up on time, very efficient and very respectful of us as homeowners. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Did multiple solutions to let me know what was going on with my roof and I understood everything from their knowledge. I appreciate the good customer service. They all get 10 stars not 5 because when beyond their customer service skills.
