Attorney MacNeil is one of the best attorneys in Chattanooga, TN. He represented me on a major 8 count indictment and got me a great deal. I didn't have to do any jail time and I got apart of a program and probation. I will refer him to anyone that gets into any legal trouble and he will most definitely fight for you and will give you the best options in your case. I highly recommended him anytime and any day. I talked to 17 different lawyers before I decided to choose David MacNeill. He seemed like someone I could get a long with and most importantly someone who actually seemed to care. David isn't just in it for the money, he is passionate about doing what is right. I appreciate all the work he has put in and continues to do. Mr.McNeil is an exceptional attorney and I would highly recommend him time and time again. I personally had to retain him on a case that my ex got me involved in. Mr.McNeil went above and beyond for me, guided me, kept in touch with me and eventually got my charge dismissed!!!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with his legal counsel!!!!! I’m truly grateful and though I never want to have to contact him again but if I need council, he will be the first one I contact!!!! You won’t be disappointed either this man!!!!!

Hire David for all of your criminal legal matters💪🏾 this guy literally took over my case and got what took others 5 years to do done in less than a year. He came in on the back end of the case so you can only imagine how frustrated I was and not at him but at the fact we was 5 years in. David was always patient with me always allowed me to vent and was so understanding. It was so many days david told me raven I will get this case dismissed and on 1/5/23 the case was dismissed.
