Couldn't ask for better experience! Great guys. Attention to detail. Asked about floor so they didn't damage it. Would DEFINITELY recommend them!

Mad City was a great fit for our Law Firm to move offices. Everyone I worked with coordinating the move was polite professional and helpful. The bid came in under what I was quoted by other moving companies due to the accuracy of it and Mad City's use of reusable totes for in town moves rather than traditional packing materials. The guys the day of were fast and efficient and we got the move done 2 hours faster than predicted which ultimately saved both time and money. Would recommend them to anyone!

Mad City Moving just delivered a dining room table for me with white glove service. The two gentlemen who were here were so kind, professional and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

I recently hired Mad City Moving to help with unloading my container, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless. Kristin was a pleasure to work with during the booking process. She is friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. On moving day, Matt and Semaj handled the job, and they were fantastic. Both were polite, efficient, and a true delight to work with. They treated my belongings with care and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth. I also had the pleasure to speak with the owner, Brenda. I highly recommend Mad City Moving!

Ruined our mattress and won’t stand behind their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM. The manager was rude, condescending, and absolutely no skills. They “claim” they didn’t fold the mattress. Clearly they did. Worst experience ever. You spoke to my husband. 15 min of your rudeness was enough. You were not there, you did fold it, and you did nothing to correct the problem except talk in circles. You do not stand behind your work.
