Mad City was a great fit for our Law Firm to move offices. Everyone I worked with coordinating the move was polite professional and helpful. The bid came in under what I was quoted by other moving companies due to the accuracy of it and Mad City's use of reusable totes for in town moves rather than traditional packing materials. Ruined our mattress and won’t stand behind their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM. The manager was rude, condescending, and absolutely no skills. They “claim” they didn’t fold the mattress. Clearly they did. Worst experience ever. You spoke to my husband. 15 min of your rudeness was enough. You were not there, you did fold it, and you did nothing to correct the problem except talk in circles. You do not stand behind your work.
