Mad City Techs quickly diagnosed the unique hurdles preventing my PC from being compatible with Windows 11. They provided a couple solutions and got me up and running in just a couple days. They went above and beyond to check my system was running effectively and even cleared up 20gb of storage for me. They capped it off by helping carry my bulky PC out to my car for me. Big cheers - very pleased!

I bought a refurbished PC online from a different company. It took me quite a few hours to get it set up just how I liked it. When it started having some issues I contacted the other company and they told me the only solution was to wipe it clean and start all over. Instead, I took it to Mad City Techs and they were able to find the issue and get it going again. Definitely worth the low service charge to save me from doing all of that set-up again. Thanks!

Thank for doing such a great job! Our team really appreciated the phone support, same day visit, and resolution to the problem we were experiencing caused by another vendor. Thank you for also going the extra mile in doing some maintenance just to make things better because you knew it was the right thing to do and our team didn't have the experience.

Took my son’s PC in because it was randomly disconnecting from both monitors, and the fans would ramp up. Took it in on Tuesday, and it was done by Friday. The PC had a few build issues, such as some parts not being screwed in, and they fixed all of those minor issues and the main issue. The bill was better than I expected, and they even offered a 30 day warranty if the issue happened again. Definitely will go back with any computer issues in the future.

This company is the worst. They did not fix the problem that I asked them to fix and they still charged full price. I asked for the power button to be fixed but they said it would be too involved. If they were honest, they would have called and said “We can’t fix it.” They literally did not fix anything. They glued a piece to the hinge but the hinge is still bad and ready to fall apart. The tech said he also deleted some cookies. Okay, great. But the computer isn’t radically better and anyone can delete cookies. Literally nothing I asked to be fixed was fixed and we were charged the full repair price of over $200!! They also kept the computer for over three weeks when I was given an estimate of 1 week at most. DO NOT USE! Edit to reply to their reply: And the reply from the company is complete BS. I took the computer in and tried to enter the repair under my name. When I told the repair guy that it was my girlfriend’s computer, he asked for her info instead so of course my name doesn’t show up in their system. As for the price, yes the base charge is $140. But if they have to order a part for you, they charge a base fee for the part of $60. The part they ordered was a tiny plastic hinge cover for the back of the laptop and they charged $60 for it. I never asked for that part to even be repaired— unless it was somehow related to the power issue. It’s just a way for them to get more money out of you. This place is a complete ripoff. Look at many of the 5 star reviews. They’re old and have zero actual content. I don’t have the wrong place.
