Best burritos in Newcastle. Fresh ingredients. Good range of quality vegan options including vegan cheese. Booth seats are comfortable. Quiet and peaceful space. Due to busy pedestrian area outside at Marketown, a few large indoor plants and hanging plant pots in the windows might improve privacy and atmosphere for diners. Mole sauce with dark chocolate would be a great additional topping.

Had a poor customer experience this evening. My young son ordered a small nachos. The server asked him what he wanted on it, and he responded. When asking why the cost was more than the listed price, she said some of the items were extra cost. She said she mentioned this at the time, which she hadn't. We ended up with a pitifully tiny and overpriced meal. Felt like a total scam. Won't be going back.

Mad Mèx in Marketown, Parry St, Newcastle. Got 3 spicy crispy beef tacos, which automatically comes with the works. Their staff fill freshly according to your choices, Mild, medium and spicy! Served with black beans, pulled beef in marinated sauce, then sour cream, fresh diced tomato, lettuce, and hot spicy sauce. Guacamole is all fresh avocado not any mashed or watered down version! Highly enjoyed and a good serve of beef! Options include grilled chicken, vegetarian too. Assorted usual items and good variety of drinks.

Nice clean FF restaurant. Love the fresh healthy food. Tasty options. Great find. Down from Qld, so not my normal shopping centre.

Ordered a regular chicken burrito... The size of it would suggest I got a small but double checked with the server.... Absolutely a joke the size of it. For $15 it's pretty much robbery. Tasted pretty ordinary also. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
