Really unique jewelry, with various in house jewlers, you’ll definitely find something to love! While prices of the pieces are quite high, it’s still worth checking out! I did have some jewelry repaired here and it was fine, pricing was decent, but they couldn’t source sapphires, which was unusual to me - I’m surprised they even showed me what the option was, it did not match at all. Also, during a consultation, they cleaned my diamond ring and that was the best cleaning I’ve ever had on it - definitely worth it (prices vary depending on the piece). Lastly the staff is super friendly, positive and a pleasure to engage with - especially Alessandra from Pompei Fine Jewlery.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I went in to get a quote for a resizing of my engagement ring, and first of all, I thought it was strange that they had to take my engagement ring and send it off for a quote. The lady who served me was very friendly though and texted me to let me know that I'd get a quote in a few days. Not ideal, but ok. When I finally got the quote, they first started to give me their opinions on the quality of the stones, claiming that the side stones "weren't diamonds" (something I definitely don't care about and didn't ask for their opinion on). Then, the quote was for $320, which was about $250 more than I had seen other businesses quote for, AND more than the $75-250 range they had up on the board. When I politely said no thank you and when can I pick up my ring, the response was "I'm so sorry. I gave you the wrong quote, it's actually $260. Does that change anything?". At this point, I didn't want to continue so I said no. When I went to pick up the ring, the lady who helped me was friendly at first, but when she saw that I wasn't paying for anything, went rather cold, and I also saw on the receipt attached to my ring bag that the quote was very clearly $320. I guess they were trying to convince me to go ahead, but dropping that much money off is wild. I was excited to work with someone at Made You Look (even if just a resizing) because I've heard such great things, but the experience I had made the store seem very pretentious and overpriced. I unfortunately won't be back.

I had the pleasure to work with Deborah Lavery on the most important jewelry I’d ever gift - my fiancé’s engagement ring! I can’t sate enough how absolutely perfect the ring is but also how AMAZING Deborah was to work with. We had a tight schedule and she did everything in her power to get it done perfectly on time. The design process was so natural, she’s truly a master at her craft and gave me all the recourses and patience I needed to properly visualize how the ring would turn out. We will be coming back for our wedding bands 1000%

Their video online assuring they weren't snobby about repairing costume jewellery got me through the door. Spencer made me an enthusiast. Fixed my jewellery while I waited and because I bought a pair of earrings, repaired both for free. And, I had to force myself to exit the building before I bought everything. Beautiful store, staff and jewellery. Love it, I'll be back!
