They offer passport photos but don’t possess the proper stamps for guarantor signatures along with date and time stamps. And due to their no refund policy they refused a refund after I had gotten the pictures taken a second time and learned they don’t have the proper stamp. The people that were there were super nice and clearly the policy isn’t their fault. But to the owner if you are reading this, you can’t tell people you do passport photos without the proper stamps and then have the audacity to enforce a no refunds policy, it’s absurd. Even more so because nobody is going to know you don’t have the right stamps until AFTER the photos are already taken and paid for. I ended up wasting around 60$ getting my pictures taken on two separate occasions for nothing. I felt very ripped off and I can’t recommend this place after that experience.
