I talked to Mike on the phone and he was EXCELLENT - kind, knowledgeable, efficient. He provided options and pricing and confirmed what he could and could not do for my issue. Pricing seemed very reasonable. I would have gone in and had him do the repair or would have purchased a part (whichever he recommended), but I remembered my computer has a warranty through HP, and instead they are going to send me a new motherboard for free. But I really appreciated Matthew talking to me and sharing his knowledge and options!

Mike, the owner of Magicomp, is very knowledgeable and fixed my laptop within an hour. It needed a complete reinstall of windows and now my laptop is operational again.
