In December we dropped off our truck for an oil change. Yes it was an older model with high mileage but was running just fine. We received the first call with the typical “ you need this and that “ so we agreed to a valve gasket cover change. First they call and say after changing that it was spewing oil, they contacted “someone from corporate “ because they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Next thing we know the engine is BLOWN. Their response “ not our fault….the engine was going to blow it was just a coincidence that it happened in our shop”. I tried to get upper management information from the store manager, Garrett, as well as corporate but was only given the runaround… they simply would not give that information. We pursued several avenues to get them to accept some responsibility for what occurred but only hit brick wall. What is the most appalling is the way a corporation like this handled the situation. Even if it was a “coincidence “!!!! In short I would absolutely never recommend anyone to take a vehicle there.

I had a problem with my buick stuttering while driving and had taken it to 2 different mechanics , and they could never figure out what was wrong with it. It finally was so bad on friday that I had to take it in and chose tire choice because it was close to my house and they figured out what it was within the first five minutes of talking to me. They were quick and courteous and friendly and just so thorough. I was very pleased in my car runs great now.

Great service every time. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it from the inside vs plugging the hole. This was a much better solution and the price was very reasonable. I've been using Tire choice for many years because I'm a happy costumer.

Garrett was amazing, friendly and kind. He got my car in immediately, got me the best possible price and even kept his cool with an irate customer who was upset that he mentioned to her that per her owners manual for her car that the manufacturer states all 4 tires must be replaced at the same time if the tread depth difference is more than 3/32nds. It was nice to see him stay professional and kind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MANAGER GARRETT I’ve always been a dealership girl — the perks, the warranties, the free coffee, all of it 😆 But my husband finally got me a new car from a buy-here-pay-here lot, so I’ll admit I was nervous when I got a nail in my tire (a frequent flyer issue thanks to my commute and three kiddos over the bridge 🫠). The tow truck dropped us off at Tire Choice and Total Car Care, and Garrett, the manager, was amazing! He answered the phone himself, told me to come right in (even though it was a Sunday at 3 PM!), and greeted me with such a warm and genuine attitude that instantly put me at ease. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes — no exaggeration — when I’m used to sitting at a dealership for two hours. Garrett explained all the payment options clearly and helped me set up a warranty that covers all my tires in the future. I honestly feel like I’m in great hands now, even without that fancy dealership tire package. He’s one of those people you can tell actually cares — no pushy upsells, no making you feel like you’re annoying them, just truly great customer service. Can’t wait (well, hopefully not too soon 😆) until I have another tire situation! Thank you, Garrett, for the awesome service and for making a stressful moment so easy!
