Regarding Victor's reply: when I reached out to Victor, he apologized, and BUSINESS OWNER VICTOR HIMSELF AGREED that his cleaners SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME FIRST before put tongs with poop / feces in my dishwasher!!! However, in his reply here on google, he completely put the blame on me, the customer. The tongs were in the LIVING ROOM, which is FAR from the kitchen where dishwasher is located, I was right there, it was easy for cleaners to ask me, but they never asked me, just irresponsibly assumed it's kitchen utensil and they put dirty tongs with poop into my dishwasher.****** The cleaners put tongs inside my dishwasher, the tongs look like kitchen utensil, but they were ON THE FLOOR near the rabbit cage when the cleaners came to my home, because I use it to pick up rabbit poop and feces, and other dirty things on the floor (there are yellow poop, rabbit hair and dirty things stuck on the tongs, I don't know why the cleaners did not see it??? There is a reason it was on the floor and not in the dishwasher. In fact, the tongs was in the living room, not even in the kitchen or anywhere near the dishwasher, for a reason!!! The cleaners should have ASKED ME FIRST before they put it in the dishwasher. Worse yet, they put it NEXT TO MY CLEAN DISHES THAT I EAT WITH in the dishwasher!!! Now I have to deep clean everything, and possibly throw out some stuff, which is waste of my time and money. I don't know why Marbella never bothered to ask me, when I was standing right there, but she just did whatever she wanted, when she clearly saw the tongs has poop on it. UPDATE: yes I did receive 10% off the next cleaning, but initially I was billed for the full price, only later did Victor honor his promise for 10% discount. If I never used his service again, I would have never received the discount. This is a nasty way to force customer to give him more business. *****Owner Victor is clever, he offered 10% discount for NEXT cleaning, instead of this cleaning when incident happened and his cleaners wronged the customer. What if there is no next cleaning because I switch companies? Is he hoping I will not remember to ask for 10% off next time? *****************

I have gotten my house cleaned by many different providers in the area and this is BY FAR the best. The clean is thorough, quick, and they leave many nice touches that elevate the work. The cleaners are always kind, professional, and respectful. Yissell is very communicative and fast to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Great cleaning! Very efficient with attention to detail at the same time. The ladies showed up 10 minutes early with no issues finding my apartment. Everything is so nice and clean!

Fantastic! Jasmine and Mariposa were friendly, communicative, and did an excellent job. The house was spotless and yet they were faster and more efficient than previous house cleaners. I had also made a mistake with the booking, and the company accommodated me anyway. Thank you!
