The cleaning team did a wonderful job. My husband is a tough client and his loudest complaints are often regarding the shower and did they bend the knees to vacuum under the beds;) He was very appreciative of their first initial cleaning efforts. He saw the improvements immediately on the bottom of shower door where the seal is and shower floor. He gave the walls a95% thumbs up. He is looking forward to their second initial cleaning efforts. I delayed using my previous company bc I wanted to try a different company. I liked how a manager visited me during my first cleaning to see how things were progressing with me and the team We liked that they SCRUBBED the bathroom tile. I like that the shower door was given extra attention bc my husband notices how dirty it still looked after a cleaning but not this time! I generally give a new cleaning team 2 visits to get it right bc I think they should be given time whereas my husband’s expectations are higher. Well we will continue working with The Cleaning Authority. He appreciated them getting those little pet peeves of his right the first time. Plus I feel comfortable reaching out to my home manager Alexis if I have any concerns. I recommend you give them a try. They approach cleaning your home differently than what I was use to. I like the initial introduction and I’m looking forward to my next cleaning

I had a great experience with the office, but the cleaning team had to be supervised to ensure the house was cleaned properly and nothing was broken. Some cleaning services were not performed per the cleaning rotation sheet provided.

They did a great job. Floors were clean and bathrooms looked good as did the kitchen. I'm very happy with the cleaning this first cleaning.

I'd like to send some deserving praise. Team 21, Antonia and Jessica, have been providing their services for several visits now. Each time they enter the house they've got a smile and a great attitude. They are very pleasant people. My dog doesn't even bark at them and he's not one to be quiet about people being around us, let alone in the house. They are courteous, professional, and thorough. It's a pleasure to have them in and I'm grateful for their wonderful service. I'll always have a pot of coffee on for them. :) 11/14/2025
