My in laws recently had a cleaning done by this company and it was a disaster. Crumbs in the kitchen, toilets missed, dust everywhere, dog fur on the floor? Scorecards aren’t worth filling out, been there done that. My dad keeps letting them come but my wife just said this needs to stop. It stresses her out because my daughter comes and cleans on the weekends when she visits from college. We interviewed multiple companies this week including the one we like. It’s time to move on. The owner herself has gotten the feedback and just doesn’t care, this has been going on since maybe last spring. We know a few others that are with this company and they have grown tired of the same type of issues. They just keep paying the bill and we are kind of wondering why? My in laws are going to compare cleans silently and if this doesn’t work out this company gets the boot. That. Is. It.
