Recently I stopped service with maid for homes. My cleaner was outstanding and always did a good job. However due to cost and costumer service I had to cancel my service. One costumer service issue was my normal cleaner was not available for cleaning. I was never notified about maid for homes sending another cleaner without my consent. Only way I found out is when I called in. If you have a cleaner you like why would you send someone else without notifying them to see if they wanted someone else. The employees who answer the phones could do a better job of listening to the costumer request.

Our cleaner, Kayla, did a fantastic job. She was professional, extremely efficient, and the house has never looked better! We had plumbing issues which resulted in a pile up of laundry, she knocked out so many loads which will help us get caught up! I could not recommend this service and Kayla more!

Maid for Homes has done a great job on deep cleans and standard cleans for our family in the last year and a half. Though we're not currently doing recurring cleans, we count on them to help us deep clean a few times a year before holidays, summer break, and back to school season. They are easy to communicate with and reliable in services completed. It's nice to come home and have the surfaces, floors, and restrooms all clean at once for a change! When we do it our selves, it takes several weeks to complete all tasks with the kiddos and our work schedules. By the time we're done we are starting back over! Thanks to Maid for Homes for making it easy for us throughout the year.

Chose this company based on the great reviews from Google, but after having someone come out, could not be more disappointed. This company is expensive and we were OK with that for a deep clean, but the service we received wasn't even close to the cost. The deep clean for our home was estimated at roughly $415. Our cleaner was at the house for roughly an hour and a half. She barely provided the services listed on the surface cleaning checklist let alone the deep cleaning list. After she left, I had to continue cleaning (see pics). The photo of the hair in the trash was after I vacuumed again. Some of the other photos represent services that are "included" in the deep clean but that were not provided. We called the company to discuss. The person on the phone told us that she should've been there for about six hours for the deep clean. They offered to have her come back but we declined and asked for a refund - however the manager would only give us about half back. Unfortunately, they hardly worked with us on that either. Truly a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.
