I used Maid in Oahu for my apartment cleanout, and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, thorough, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They left the place in better shape than when I moved in (it was filthy when I moved in). As a renter, if this apartment had been under different management, I would have seriously considered renting it again based on how clean they left it. I found less expensive services, but I doubt I would have gotten this level of quality. Maid in Oahu exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what I needed.

Really happy with my experience. I requested a move-in cleaning. The team showed up a little earlier, to unload and walkthrough to confirm what I wanted before starting exactly on time. I was able to make a few changes and the office called me to confirm the updated quote. The team was so efficient that despite the add-ons they still finished ahead of schedule. They were super friendly, easy to work with and the results were fantastic! Was given a chance to do a final walkthrough with them before they left. On the admin side, scheduling was easy through the website. I received a call back the next day to confirm my order and their polices/procedures so that was clear from the beginning. I was kept updated via text and email before the appointment and received a follow-up call to confirm I was happy with the results before my card was charged. All very efficient. Highly recommend working with them!!

This is our second time using Maid in Oahu, and we’ve been very happy with their service. The first visit was an initial deep cleaning, and we also added oven and interior window cleaning. Everything was completed within about 2–3 hours, and the work was very thorough. The cleaners were efficient, professional, and very thoughtful, especially since we were home during the cleaning. We were so impressed after the first visit that we booked a second deep cleaning about six months later. There are only two of us in the home, so it doesn’t get very dirty, and we plan to continue with deep cleanings twice a year. Noel and Crystal were excellent—both times they worked together seamlessly and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend Maid in Oahu, especially Crystal and Noel.

Listen, I don't do reviews unless it's really bad or really good. If you need it cleaned and want a flat rate THESE ARE THE ONES. They were at my house early and got to work quickly. I mainly spoke with Grace and she was very professional in person and on the phone. The three women that showed up were diligent and I swear you could have given me a week, paid me double and I still wouldn't have done as good of a job as these 3 did in 2.5 hours. 5 stars 10/10 would hire them again.

Made in Oahu’s Grace team did an amazing job with our move-out cleaning! Four cleaners came and finished everything in about 3 hours, working efficiently and with great attention to detail. They even worked around our schedule, which we really appreciated. I was especially impressed with the appliances — they were very dirty before we moved in, but looked even cleaner when we moved out. For a 2 bed / 2 bath it was $409 before tax, and the 3% card fee was added on top of that. Absolutely worth it for the quality of service. Special thanks to Grace and her team for making the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!
