Paid for a deep clean. Did not receive a deep clean. Would not have been upset if I hadn’t been charged for a deep clean, especially when in quote I specifically asked for certain things specifically that were not even attempted. Had I paid for a regular tidy up/clean. I wouldn’t have much of an issue.

We (my mother-in-law and i) paid an outrageous price and none of our main cleaning areas were addresses. All started when they moved our appt without asking to ensure we were ok with the new time. We couldnt get ahold of them during regular business hours and when we finally did, they said they had a cancellation that day and didnt want a maid waiting around, resulting in one of my household needing to take time off to be there to let them in. Then comes the cleaning services. It was beyond HORRIBLE!!! Examples: our floors were not swept and mopped. We specifically asked for extra attention on our floors because they are hardwood and look scuffed and horrible no matter how much we mop, steam mop, anything. They took a freakin swiffer and called it a day. We also asked for our walls in the kitchen to be wiped down, hip height and down due to our dogs and trash can. This wasnt done. They were at our house for a few hours and couldnt tell a single thing they had done for the price. My poor husband tried to be as detailed as possible but hes a guy and doesnt have a trained eye for what results we were really looking for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! there are much better services that dont hit the wallet as hard.

We also purchased off of Groupon. “3 hr - 3 person Deep Clean”. Our house is not riddled with obstacles and was not overly filthy. We also verified that our dogs did not hamper their access. We called in advance and it was clarified that “a 3 person team could cover 1000 sq ft an hour”. When we got home the team had left a note that they had not done anything but the main floor(800 sq ft of it) in 3 hours. Upon contacting the main office the offer was made to come “touch up” the things they had signed off, but didn’t do from the check off sheet the team left behind(light fixtures, unswept floor, microwave). Needless to say $370 with trip charge and tip should come with a “deep clean”(as advertised) and maybe more than 800 sq ft covered after 3 hours with a 3 person team - in a home that was not the slightest bit trashed. To give credit, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets were cleaned. Had they been able to sustain that quality for the remaining 2 hours and 35 minutes they had left on the timer, you wouldn’t be hearing from me. Buyer beware.

The entire process was definitely easy, as things started to reopen an try your get back to normal, I had used them for a deep clean. The wife was thrilled with the job they did so much so that we hired them for monthly cleanings. The owners and all the staff we have met have been courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and definitely say to anyone looking start with a deep clean so you can see how they do everything, then move on to the standard cleaning, even if it’s only monthly which we use them for the house is always so much cleaner.
