I have been using MaidPro to clean my office and home for over a year now. Back on June 16th one of the MaidPro employee's hit our employee's vehicle, damaging the rear bumper. Insurance information was exchanged with the MaidPro employee. We alerted our contact person at MaidPro to make sure they were aware of the situation. After more than a month with no reply we were finally able to get in touch with the Ft. Wayne owner, Kathryn. Her email reply was that MaidPro employee's carry insurance and are responsible for the damage. Another several weeks go by with no response from anyone on the MaidPro side. We called the MaidPro insurance company (Direct Auto Insurance) and they said the accident was still under investigation?! Beginning of August we receive a letter from Direct Auto Insurance denying the claim because they do not cover work vehicles?!!! I have forwarded the letter to the MaidPro franchise owner Kathryn and the Ft. Wayne manager and have heard nothing back from anyone at MaidPro. Meanwhile, our employee will most likely have to file a claim with her insurance company and most likely will get a bump in monthly costs due to MaidPro's lack of care/concern over this matter.. If you use MaidPro, keep in mind they DO NO carry Liability insurance. Yes, accidents happen. But take responsibility!

I cannot say enough good things about MaidPro! From the very first phone call, they were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They took the time to go over everything with me in such a thoughtful way, making sure I felt comfortable with the process. What truly touched my heart is that they provided their incredible cleaning service completely free of charge after learning about my battle with breast cancer. Not only that, but they are coming back to do another cleaning! Their generosity and kindness mean more than words can express. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that goes above and beyond with both their work and their heart, MaidPro is the one to call. I am beyond grateful and would recommend them 1,000 times over!

This clean was sloppily done & over promised. Upon scheduling this was marketed to be a "deep/move out clean". When I returned home, SO much was left undone. I contacted management who told me they don't clean windows or walls - which wasn't told to me prior to scheduling. If that had been expressed, I would have chose a different cleaning company as I was looking for a true DEEP clean prior to moving out/listing our home. Things that should have been done (per their 49 point check list) that were not done : dusting blinds/cleaning window sills, mopping/sweeping the floors of the kitchen and bathrooms, one toilet was left dirty on the outside, picture frames not dusted, ceilings and ceiling fans not dusted, counter tops not cleaned, appliances not wiped down, and more. When I contacted management about this, they gave me a $40 discount. I asked for a higher up contact to review my concerns with and was ghosted. I emailed their customer support email I found online only to get a kick back email that it was undeliverable. Called the customer support number that was listed on Google and was sent to a voicemail and never heard back. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, the way this company markets their cleaning service, and their customer support (lack their of). I wouldn't recommend MaidPro to anyone unless you want to spend hours cleaning yourself before & after they show up.

Erin B, Nicki M, and Samantha B did such a great job. It was such a great surprise to see our kitchen towels in a cute bow and a few blankets rose shaped! The clean was great! You can really tell they really stick to the checklist and have great attention to detail. I love coming home to a clean and fresh home! I have gone the monthly route with cleanings and it’s been such a big help. Thank you PROs!!!

We have been using them for 6 months, bi-weekly cleaning service. The past few times have been awful. Tasks marked as completed were not done, they broke something, did not replace trash bags, did not dust, did not do the baseboards, did not do the blinds, seems the only thing completed was vacuuming, overall just super disappointing. Edit: in response the the owners comment: the customer service I received when I called to discuss the issue that day was terrible. In terms of offering to replace it the rep said “feel free to file an insurance claim” that was it. And as for offering to come back out to clean it…again the rep stated, “we can send him back out to re-clean it” I was indeed not interested in having the person I just complained about coming back into my home to re-do it. Had I received good customer service I would have 100% been open to a conversation about correcting things. I also never received a follow up call or even a “hey, we’d really like to keep your business, how can we fix this “ phone call. I find that very unfortunate. Thanks for the response Kathryn.
