We found Maid Right online (Gemini search) and hired them for a move-in cleaning before we arrived. They cleaned the house from the ceilings to the floors. Because of that experience, we requested ongoing service. The estimator was friendly and thorough. It was appreciated that the estimator recognized us as returning customers. The price is fair and the first recurring visit was impressive. The bathrooms and multiple glass showers are spotless. The kitchen looks like new. The cleaners even washed, dried, and stacked a few dishes left on the counter. We are happy with this decision and will continue using Maid Right because of their attention to detail and customer orientation.
They arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled time and I had to reach out for an updated ETA, thats the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But they did a great job with the cleaning! Very thorough and my place was quite dusty and dirty, yet they made it nice and sparkling clean!
I needed a whole house deep cleaning (two story 4/3, 3100 sq ft.) and the two ladies who arrived (a wee bit early) did a fantastic job! I work from home, and as it was a workday, I was worried about the additional noise to work around. Not only were they professional, they went out of their way to work quietly, and VERY efficiently. When they were done, the house was spotless! I would Highly recommend Maid Right to anyone, and am giving thought to a regular scheduled cleaning service from them.
This was my first experience having someone clean for me and I’ll never go back to doing it myself! I just moved into a home that had been vacant for a couple of months due to repairs being done (painting, carpeting replaced, and so on). To say the mineral buildup in the sinks and toilets, and the spotting on the shower doors and mirrors, was substantial would be putting it mildly. The thick layer of dust from the old carpeting being ripped up made me sneeze every time I was in the house. By the time Elizabeth & Sylvia left, the place was sparkling! I highly recommended Maid Right!
The team was punctual, friendly, and efficient. One of the owners, Samuel, made sure to ask if there was any specific focus or things to know. I appreciated their ability to delay cleaning my home office until last so I could continue to work until near the end of their visit. The service was thorough and they asked me to do a last look before they left. I was very satisfied and will look to repeat my service.
