Maid U Shine came to my house prior to a birthday party I was hosting and they did a FABULOUS job. Specifically the orange team who was referred to me by Crystal. My house has never been so clean! I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend!
Everything, from the scheduling to them finishing up was handled professionally and easily. The team was responsive to all of my issues. I'm ashamed to mention how filthy my house was, but the team took care of everything without a word! Incredible service! Crystal called me immediately after my panic inquiry. I needed my three-story home cleaned before Thanksgiving, and they were able to fit me in with less than a week’s notice. She listened to my concerns, and I decided a deep clean would be the best fit. I had two maids for three hours, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’m not embarrassed to admit my house was extremely dusty and flat out dirty, I have a large dog, I hate doing floors, and I never clean my shower because I don’t have a removable shower head. They handled everything with care and ZERO judgment. I’m completely thrilled with the results and will be booking them reoccurring, and full-time without question. They even brought all their own equipment, which was a lifesaver since my vacuum was out of commission. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
One word: Impeccable! I have used various maid services in the Houston area for the last 5 years and never have found my “go to” service. But now I have. I hired Maid U Shine for a deep clean of my house and the service they provided was outstanding. The entire how’s was immaculate down to the smallest details of the drawers in my bathroom and the cobwebs on my porch. I will certainly be using them for my regular cleanings now and deep cleanings, and I have already referred my friends.
