Reached out to this company in need of some help with a move out clean. They didn’t answer the phone, so I left a detailed message. Instead of calling me back, I got a text from “Max.” They said, “sorry I just missed your call. How can I help?” I told them not to worry about it and explained the service I needed, the area I was in and what date I needed the service. I also asked what was included in the service and what the price range would be. Max never texted me back. I ended up finding another company to help out pretty quickly, but this entire interaction felt unprofessional and was pretty surprised how unresponsive they were.
