I met Kat and immediately knew my house would get professionally and thoroughly cleaned. And it was. My husband and I are seniors and don’t clean our house as we use to. So Kat had a job to do! She did an awesome job. The bathtub looks new.. the kitchen floor is spotless and she had to work extra hard in the downstairs bedroom. And I can breathe the freshness in the air. Highly recommended and I am now carefully customer.

Our cleaner was great ! I was in post surgery recovery and it was really nice to have this help. Our cleaner was thoughtful and checked in on my priorities and even did a little extra.

A godsend! My stove and bathtub are SPOTLESS. I didn't even know they could look like that. Forest addressed the rooms/areas I wanted to prioritize and my house feels like a dream. I'll definitely be booking again for routine cleanings!

The cleaning time was changed by the company, shortening the booked cleaning time. I agreed. I needed this advanced-booked cleaning done! The cleaner was early, and eventually wanted to leave early. That was fine…I was already cleaning behind her. She began on the tour at the kitchen counter, telling me that she would not touch that counter because she didn’t want to move things (toaster and coffee pot on pull-out bamboo sliders). She didn’t clean the bathroom shower soap dish (or most of the bathroom), did not clean the microwave, or did not go upstairs to the two bedrooms. She refused to use my Shark steam mop, and instead used a mop she carried in her stash (that was likely harboring unknown pathogens from other houses). She did not clean downstairs (dusting, as I pointed out on the pre-cleaning tour) or clean under radiators. Wait! I couldn’t possibly list everything…basic cleaning tasks…she did not do. What did she do? She quizzed me on why I didn’t have family pictures anywhere (She said that she was looking for pictures). Well, I do not enjoy clutter. “Thingies” all over a house is unsettling to me. I had just broken my wrist, and the family was coming for a visit, so I had to clean the house myself for next-day arrival of said family, and with just one over-used arm. I asked for “nooks and crannies,” get-in-the-corners cleaning, because I keep the house pretty darn clean. But she did not even remove dust in plain sight. She left, and I was relieved. Perplexed, I asked the company if perhaps one or more of these things were true: that she did not like cleaning, did not know how to clean, or that she might have an non-physical illness. I was absolutely serious. It was frustrating, annoying and unsettling. Cleaner’s name: Pam.
