We recently had our daughter's birthday here. We've been here several times since we don't live far, but never had a party. We purchased the "main event" package which included bowling, laser tag, and gravity rope plus the game card and pizza with drinks. From start to finish, it lasted about three hours. We had about 15 kids and the cost came out to about $575 after taxes, service charge and gratuity. Katelyn/Caitlin was our party host. She was helpful and attentive. (The only thing I don't like about places like this, is that it could be really hard to hear with all the noise.) I do appreciate the communication from booking to party date. We did have a bunch of gift cards and it was my mistake for not reading the fine print correctly. You can't use it for birthday parties that's confirmed booking. It said corporate events/group bookings and "group bookings" falls under birthday packages. We'll just have a bunch of gift cards to use at a later date. The party started with bowling for one hour and I didn't even realize until halfway through that the kids weren't wearing bowling shoes. Another parent pointed it out. Our two year old kept us busy. After bowling, they ate and did cake/gifts. Then they did laser tag followed by gravity ropes. Game cards came last. Tables were cleaned up during gravity ropes. They did assist with setting up and cleaning up. The kids had fun so no complaints there. I will say we did a party at home for our other kids beginning of the year and the whole class showed up and they all had a blast (but it was exhausting too) so whether we were spending next to nothing to close to $600, as long as the kids had fun, is all it matters. My only other issue was that they used to have these tokens you win at the arcade area and you'd redeem them for tickets. This was a couple of years ago. Anyway, the machine wasn't working so the person working said to just save it for when we return. Yeah. They eventually got rid of those tokens and we had a bunch of yellow/blue main event tokens/coins.
