I had an excellent experience at Main Street Spa and Wellness Center with my therapist, Shaniqua. She performed my colon hydrotherapy session with great care, answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable, even though I was a bit nervous. I feel confident in the remaining two sessions of the package I selected. The facility is very clean, and the receptionist was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this spa thank you, Shaniqua, for making my visit such a positive experience!

I have been dreading writing this review for some time. On 10/09/25, I came and got a express facial. Before, during, & after I asked several times was the products vegan friendly. I was assured each time that the products were vegan friendly. I noticed some burning was assured that it would go away. However, that was not the case. I experienced a severe allergic reaction to the point my face was severally red, irritated, and peeling. I am currently in the care of a dermatologist and allergist due to the damage done to my skin. Both providers informed me of the difference of plant aware and vegan friendly. Despite them stating the products are "clean or vegan friendly", they still had chemicals in them. I called to inform them of what transpired since the visit and nothing. No refunds, no apologies, no attempts to correct what had transpired. This said a lot to me and I will not ever return to this place. When things like this happen you should do a follow up and try to rectify the situation.

Yes, I visit Main Street Spa for colonic therapy, and the staff is wonderful. Both therapists I have worked with are fantastic. After my colonic, I feel 100% better and experience a boost in energy, especially if I maintain a clean diet afterwards. This increased energy typically lasts for days. Sometimes, when I need a fresh start, I schedule three back-to-back sessions, and the energy level that I have is amazing and usually I would end up dropping a few pounds

10/10!!! As a birthday present to my partner, I booked us both facials (pumice peel microdermabrasion) because he wanted a little spa day. It was a last minute request and they fit us in on a Saturday afternoon so they were more than accommodating despite our poor planning. It was my first time ever getting any kind of treatment other than a manicure or pedicure and I cannot believe I haven’t done it sooner! Janice provided my service and she was incredible! Both my partner and I walked away knowing we will be booking again. We both agreed we had the best experience and cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and expertise. The facial itself was relaxing and my skin has never felt better. The atmosphere of the lobby to the rooms was serene, all of the staff was so nice, and everyone was so willing to answer all of my questions. Janice made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My pictures do not do it justice but trust that it is a cozy and very relaxing environment. I looked up some the products I saw at the spa following my appointment and I believe they were cruelty free however I need to confirm before setting up my next appointment since that is important to me personally. As far as accessibility goes, the front stairs are steep however I believe there may be parking in the back and options for those with mobility issues. However you may want to call to discuss further.
