Fantastic service by ed and Sam. I wasn't really sure what i was after but they made it super easy and interesting. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Great variety of stock and friendly service. I have been in several times picking up bottles for friends and family and gifts. Prices are always fair, and selection is broad, offering everything from Australian red to French White. A nice little selection of spirits, too. Will definitely return here and recommend to all.

Walked into the store and saw 3 employees to the right behind the desk. I walked round and was greeted by the manager sam who asked if I needed help which was great. Then as I took the items to the cash desk there was an employee commenting on a non work related picture that was on their pc screen with laughing and sniggering. Frankly it was unprofessional especially as I was there paying for my items. Won’t be going back which is a shame as the products and pricing were great

Amazing service, ordered online after signing up to the Wine Club - the order arrived at the store very quickly, I received multiple updates in the meantime, including one from Sam who I also met when I picked up my wine! Really friendly and professional guy, wonderful experience!

We popped into Majestic in Cardiff Bay for a little browse at the selection they had. As first time customers we had an absolutely incredible experience. Ryan was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and friendly and gave us some really great help and advice. We ended up buying 6 bottles and feeling incredibly satisfied with our choices. I just want to thank Ryan for all of his help and advice and if you're looking for some help on your next bottle, definitely ask for him next time you go in.
