Do NOT go to Major Automotive for oil change. We got a coupon in the mail so decided to check it out. They messed up the oil pan and tried to charge $1000 for replacement and blamed it on the last person I got an oil change from - which can’t be true because my oil started leaking after they touched my car and I’ve been taking my car to the other spot for years. They are very nice to you on your face but try to take advantage of you and mess stuff up to up-charge you. How do you mess up a basic oil change as a supposed reputable car mechanic? Edit: Yes the other mechanic was certain that you guys tightened it by accident instead of loosening it. You guys are just playing the blame game with each other instead of showing proof and owning up. Customer suffers, you guys don’t care. Both mechanics are equally responsible since neither is trustworthy anymore.

Stay away people, as soon as i realize they trying to overcharge me. I stopped and left their premises and stopped replying their calls and messages. I know how much they trying to tell me what’s wrong with my car and what actually wrong is it. :D
