THIEF — No Refund, No Response I booked hair and makeup at a premises on Buxton Road, Stockport (SK2), arranged by phone and text. After paying a £35 deposit, I was only then informed the venue had changed to the owner’s private home in SK5 — a completely different area. As someone traveling from out of town with limited access to transport, I chose the original location specifically for its convenience. I told the owner I was not comfortable attending a private address of someone I had never met. She responded by saying she was busy and moving out of the premises — yet weeks later, the original address is still advertised, complete with photos of a commercial shop. I’ve left multiple voice and text messages requesting a refund. All have been ignored. Unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have been completely ripped off and ignored! Melissa chard did my botox and it did not work! She constantly ignored my messages for me to come and have a top up, Was always an excuse that she was rather on a school run or poorly to do the top up. She will not even give me my £100 Pounds back! The owner kirsty has also ignored my messages! Terrible customer service! DO NOT GO

Kirsty and her team are amazing. Daughters make up and hair was amazing for prom last year, she’s not a traditional make up girl and wanted something different, she showed them a picture and colours and that’s what they gave her and she looked stunning. I always get my make up and hair curled here too when I have an event I need to glow up for Absolutely recommended 100%
