Absolutely brilliant!! Went in to ask for help getting my metal dust caps off and 2 were corroded on, and needed new valves, got me in straight away, helped with reinitialising my tyre pressure, gave me some great advice on tyres and free plastic dust caps! Highly recommend, great guys with great service! Thank you so much.

What a fantastic experience!! The team here were superb in sorting out the tracking on my Jeep. I just happened to be driving past and popped in to see when I could book it in. The car was on the ramp within 10 minutes and adjusted a few minutes later. The team were super friendly and incredibly helpful - a true customer service experience. Needless to say I will be bringing my Jeep back there in the future. Brilliant job guys - thank you!

The tow truck took me to Malvern Tyres because I had a puncture. I was served quickly and soon a new tyre was fitted. Both the guy on reception and the fitter were pleasant to deal with and gave really good advice. The price of the tyre was very fair too. It was a cold day, 2°C, so I asked if there was any coffee or tea. I was told none is available. The reception area is functional yet cold as there's no heating. I think you have a chance here, Malvern Tyres, to up your game a little and make a good customer experience into an exceptional one

I only ever write reviews when places are brilliant. This place is brilliant and the people at Malvern Tyres are fantastic and what makes it special. My family broke down today about 2 miles away in the evening rush hour, serious puncture and shredded tyre. I took the wheel and tyre off and had to carry it to them. I arrived about 5 minutes before they closed. They put a new tyre on the wheel immediately and then gave me a lift back to my car and fitted it for me. If I had waited for the AA or RAC I would still have been there about 2 hours later. The guys were friendly and helpful and I cannot speak highly enough of their service. This is also not the first time they have sorted things out in an emergency for us (another time was just before we went on holiday.) With lots of garages you would get a 'not now, we're closing' or 'can't help as you are not booked in' reply, no communication or clear information, or too big a bill because it's 'an emergency'. Whenever you go here they are straight, friendly, good value and they try to help you/solve your problem as quickly and effectively as they can. Proper job and brilliant service - thank you. I wish everywhere was like this; it restores your faith.

Fantastic service. They’re super busy, don’t get to the phone often enough or worry about the space looking pretty. They’re super busy and focused on was they do best, sort out your car. Quick, well priced and great service. Suggest you pop in to book appt. Recommended.
