If you are going here to put your pet to sleep i suggest you don’t. The vet had no compassion or sympathy whatsoever. It was just another job to her. She didn’t introduce herself to us or say hello to my dog who was very clearly confused and scared. He had to be put down due to severe pain in all of his legs which caused him to get quite snappy. But he was a good dog.The vet just put this down as a dog with bad behaviour and she shown no care for him at all. He was barking like most dogs would in a situation like that and the vet was just looking down on him and was scared to even go near him. Aren’t you supposed to be trained up for situations like this? As a vet how are you scared of my dog? He was not aggressive towards her in anyway he was just scared. If she had approached him in a better way maybe he wouldn’t have barked at her. Overall, a terrible experience for something that was already heartbreaking to begin with.
The PDSA have been great to us, a fantastic service for those of us who cannot afford typical vet prices. They’ve always been very good to my young cat. An amazing and caring charity that serves impoverished pet owners across the country. This specific centre is filled with empathetic and caring staff, donate to PDSA when you can! They absolutely more than deserve it
Amazing place and all the staff were wonderful. Brought Cosmo in as an emergency and was dealt with so professionally and with empathy. He is on the mend and couldn't be more grateful. Thank you
Very helpful staff. Lovely, friendly and very professional vets. Nice and clean waiting areas. Excellent help for animals and owners in need of help and advice. Large car park with just three disabled parking spots. Good disabled access with automatic doors and doors kerbs. Always fantastic staff on reception and the pharmacy as well. Pdsa are unsung heroes x
Thank you to all the team but a massive thank you to Nicole on reception You made it all that little easier and better today Diesel would be happy Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the vet in room 7 today (blonde lady) But she was absolutely amazing , she was very informative of the procedure, gave us reassurance and so complimentary of diesel It meant the world Thank you again
