Booked a 1 hour physio session for £85. I was seen 20 minutes late by Taku, then rushed out by him when the original end time arrived. During the session he repeatedly said he wouldn’t know what the issue was if he hadn’t recently seen a similar case, which didn’t fill me with confidence. He promised to email me an extensive training plan by end of the day, but 72 hours later I’ve received nothing and my follow-up email has been ignored. Feels like a scam!!

I recently had an appointment here, the clinic was not even open when I arrived (on time), the receptionist arrived to open the clinic a few minutes later. My physotherapist arrived 45 minutes late and I still have not received my exercises via email after 5 days. Disappointing

We went here for the first time for my husband's back pain. Our physiotherapist's name is Taku. Our appointment was at 11am and he picked us up 30 minutes late. We bought a £90 package that included treatment, for a one hour consultation. Our consultation was only 30 minutes. So why did I buy the one hour package? He promised to send us an email about the exercises at the time he gave us, and three days have passed and we still haven't received an email. It's strange.

Daneil is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever met, not only can he give very professional advice, but he is also very good at taking the load off the body. I can feel his passion for his work and his patients, he has a great sense of humour, my partner and I will be coming back and I would recommend him to anyone.

Katharina is probably the best physio I’ve ever seen. Professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Can’t recommend her enough. She has magic hands. And her follow up recommendations for posture and exercises have been very helpful. She deserves a pay rise/ promotion. Thank you so much Katharina. You’ve definitely got a client for life. And I recommend her to all my clients that i look after as a hairdresser.
