Easy experience with great service! I tried Mario’s for my state inspection for the first time. It’s the end of the month so it was busy but they had a whole system and were very organized. The waiting room had plenty of seating and there’s a bathroom. I would definitely come back for my next inspection!

First time customer (emissions test). They have a paper sign-in sheet, so anticipate a traditional operating procedures. Got an estimate range on wait-time, so I signed in and came back. Still had to wait a little bit, but it was fine. The staff was friendly & respectful. They require proof of insurance beforehand. The processed paperwork & payment of a few cars in batches at a time. There were a few folks that showed insurance, paid, and left their keys to pickup later.

My dad brought his vehicle for an oil change and we noticed in our driveway oil was leaking so we take it back and found out that they needed to change the oil filter and cap off the loose nut. They did refill the oil but once we left again, it still continued leaking the oil and felt going back a third time was not in the best interest for us.

Worst place ever just got off the phone and they guy Mario was very rude and cussed me out when all I asked if my vehicle well pass if I had a check engine light and he got very hostile and told me to got lost and cussed me out again don’t recommend this place ever they are very rude and not professional I will recommend to have this place to Shut down and they also are very sketchy here worst place I will say especially to Be cussed out over the fact I just asked one question over the phone and told to get lost
