LOCALLY OWNED! For over 5 years Garrett (the owner) has been taking care of the ATX two wheel community. Great experience and highly recommended. Derek and Garrett were very honest. The checked out our scooter for free, aired up the tires, DID NOT CHARGE US A DIME, and sent us on our merry way. They didn't try to hustle me or sell me on anything I did not need. Thanks guys. I will be back!

Every time I’ve needed help I get honest answers. I get comprehensive knowledge, and I get explicitly told every step of the way what’s happening and what needs to happen. Then I get thoroughly explained why, what is being done, and the benefits. I trust the honesty here, the knowledge is unmatched, and the integrity here is unlike any shop I’ve ever done business with, I love these guys. My Harley sportster went from Not running to being consistent and beautiful. I love scooter 911

I’ve been taking my Vespa to Scooter 911 for years, and they’ve always been great. Super fair pricing, quick turnaround, and it’s nice having a shop that actually specializes in scooter repair in Austin. No upselling, just honest, solid work. Highly recommend them for any Vespa or scooter service. Good dudes.

For someone who just bought a Scooter, they found a replacement mirror immediately, charged a fair price, are knowledgeable, and super friendly. I have found a location for all my scooter needs! I wanted to add that after having an unexpected oil issue, the A-Team came and picked up my scooter and corrected the issue. I can not emphasize enough, how wonderful of a business this is and the amazing people who work there!

The riders at scooter911 are truly legendary! My 72 cc kit cylinder head came back to me nearly completely stripped after a recent work at a shop here in NYC. Changing the plug I discovered I was riding a primed boom stick, and worse yet, the kit was slowly going extinct. Scooter911 read my anxious customer note and Jared called me within 2 hours of opening Monday morning after I placed an order for the only NCY 72 cc kit could find Sunday late. Jared was truly a bro - he explained they had only a partial kit left, but it had a cylinder head with my name on it if I was keen. They saved me 100$ dollars on the already decent kit price and got the part in the mail so fast it got from Austin to the Bronx by Thursday afternoon. You see the dirty one? JB weld steel epoxy putty held her in place for 4 commutes, but this afternoon I was able to walk the plug out with hand tools. You guys literally saved me from the precipice of a literally spark plug explosion event. I have never experienced such a loving, respectful, and brotherly community as that of the '2%ers' of motorcyclists who proudly call themselves modders and scooterists. Safe to say Scooter911 is in the heart of that community.
