Amazing experience and great staff! I went there looking for my first ever guitar, since I had no model in specific the staff helped me get one that fitted my needs and wants within my price range. I encourage to go with time to spare since there is a lot to see and the sellers might get busy. Jeff was so kind and patient, definitely will go there again!

As a surprise for my best friend's birthday, I took her Taylor guitar into Mark's while she was on vacation and had a full setup done. She's been playing this guitar every day for the ten years I've known her, and it was the best gift ever. The guitar sounds incredible! It's like it's been given a whole new life. I've never seen her so happy! It's inspired her to write new music, explore different styles, and pour her soul back into playing. Huge thanks to Mark's for such expert work, it means more than I can express. I would 10 out of 10 recommend having your guitars cared for by Mark's Guitar Exchange.

Great place. I highly recommend coming to this shop. I bought a guitar from a big online store but when it arrived I couldn't tune it. Not even with a tuner. I brought it in so they could check it out for me, im a newbie. The guitar needed a setup bit that would be more than the guitar was worth. Through questions and conversations, I was recommended other options for starter guitars. Initially, I planned on returning the messed up guitar and coming back later. While walking to my car thinking about everything, I turned around and went back in and purchased a new guitar. I was impressed with the customer service, so I knew I would come back to purchase a guitar. Do yourself a favor. If you are on the fence or have questions, they have answers. I couldn't be happier with the Yamaha FS800. I'm excited to learn my first song on it.

Jeff was one of best I’ve worked with in my 18 years of collecting instruments and live performance. This shop is a rare gem and truly offers a comfortable, fun environment for the community of guitar nerds, virtuosos, and beginners. Thank you Jeff and Mark for making this experience exceptional. I am excited to perform this week on this beast of an instrument!
